Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

Vaxlux currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
No minimum purchase amount is required.

3. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours are processed on the next working day.
  • Processing time usually takes 1–2 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

4. Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes:

  • 3–5 business days after order processing.
  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal peaks, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).
You can contact our support team at contact@vaxlux.com if you do not receive tracking details.

6. Delivery Issues & Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing an order.
vaxlux is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to absence at the delivery location
  • Lost packages due to courier errors (we will, however, assist in opening an investigation)

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly, either through replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Returns Shipping

  • We offer Free Returns within 14 days for all eligible products.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by vaxlux.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive the returned item(s).
